4. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which includes SSL encryption by default.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Billing information provided is accurate

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed are in GBP (£).
VAT is charged where applicable under UK law.

Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price at checkout is the final price of the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free UK shipping on all orders

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Tracking provided where available

You may return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Custom NFC cards or personalised products are non-refundable, unless:

  • The product is defective

  • We made a printing or manufacturing error

When creating digital NFC/QR profiles, you are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of information

  • Legality of uploaded content

  • Ensuring you hold the rights to any media you upload

We may remove or hide content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our policies.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our Website may integrate:

  • Shopify

  • TikTok Shop

  • WhatsApp links

  • Google Maps, Google Reviews

  • QR code generators

  • API-based tools

These services operate independently. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by them.
